Progressive Technologies, Inc. has been a leader in the design and installation of premise low voltage cabling for years. Thousands of Category 3, 5e & 6 cables for hundreds of voice and data networks have been installed across the country. We offer one of the most experienced groups of designers in the US. Fewer than one-third of the contractors have even one BICSI Certified Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD), Progressive has two RCDD\’s on staff. Ten plus consultants are on staff available to assist you in Network and Infrastructure Design.

We have a thorough understanding of what is required for the physical layer of your cable plant. We can offer assistance in the design of other important components of your network and backbone.

Progressive Technologies, Inc. is certified with several different cable and connectivity manufacturers which allows us to install systems that will be backed by the manufacturer\’s system warranty.

We are also well qualified to work with fiber optics. Our technicians have been trained by Corning and we are well versed in terminating, splicing, testing and troubleshooting both multimode and single mode fiber. We are familiar with the various types of connectors, ST, SC, MT-RJ, LC and the Panduit Opti-Jack. We are also experienced the various types of inside, aerial, direct buried and the indoor/outdoor grade fiber. This is also true with multi-pair copper feeder cables for voice. We can handle the installation of anything from 25pr to 1200pr, aerial or buried. No matter what your network requires, we can design, install and support the backbone.
